Before 5 freemen (mār banî) Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī (NB), High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, convey an order of Gubāru (G) to Iqīša/Nanāya-ēreš, Ibnāya/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim, and Ibni-Ištar/Šumu-ukīn chiefs of flocks (rab būli) of the Lady of Uruk. These 3 men shall appear with NB and NAI before G, and they shall bring (abāku) with them all of the herdsmen (nāqidu), who owe remainders (rēḫu) (to Eanna).
