Paraphrase

Ištar-zēru-ibni/Ša-Nabû-šū in (tp)Bīrāti has received (maḫāru) 40;0 barley for the seeds for his plows from Nabû-mudammiq/Nabû-ēṭir//Gimil-Nanāya (NM), restoration of the patronym based on AnOr 8 39: 18), rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of the Lady of Uruk.

In m.VIII he will measure out (mašāḫu) 40;0.3(+x?) (barley) and present it (kullumu) to the messenger (mār šipri) of Nidinti-Bēl, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and NM.

The spelling in l. 6 (40 GUR 3 [+x?] BÁN šul-ma(or: -ba)) is confirmed by collation of the tablet (by Julia Giessler).
