Before 9 freemen (mār banî), including Silim-ilī, royal courtier, Keeper of the Royal Box in Eanna (ša rēš šarri ša muḫḫi quppi ša Eanna), Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, advise Iqīša/Nanāya-ēreš, Ibnāya/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim, and Ibni-Ištar/Šumu-ukīn, chiefs of flocks (rab būli) of the Lady of Uruk, that none of their archers shall leave the outpost (kādu) of the king.
