Starting from the 6th day of m.XI Nidintu/Aḫḫēšu and Eanna-šarru-uṣur/Nabû-aḫu-iddin have rented the ship (eleppu) of Šamaš-iddin/Ištar-<šumu>-ibni//Ea-kurbannu (ŠI), of which a share (zittu) belongs to Šillāya/Līšir, to fetch barley for the treasury of Eanna. The monthly rent (idu) is 8 ¼ shekels of silver. They guarantee for the return of the ship to Uruk. Šamaš-mukīn-apli, messenger (mār šipri) of ŠI has received a part of the rent (6 ½ minus 1/24 shekels). If they use it longer than a month, the rent will be adjusted accordingly, and they will pay according to the decision (purussû).
