Paraphrase

When witnesses testify (kânu D) that Ardia/Šamaš-[...]//Kidin-Marduk took (našû) or bought barley, dates or other goods (lit. shares, zittu) from Balāṭu/Kalbāya, a plowman (ikkaru) of the Lady of Uruk, or from his messenger (mār šipri), he will repay it thirtyfold to the Lady of Uruk. This is apart from 18;0 barley about which A confessed (eli ramni kânu D) that he took it from Ḫarrān-Bēl and Šamaš-[...]-uṣur, plowmen of the Lady of Uruk, after B had sent him (or: sent him a message, šapāru).

Written in the presence of Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.
