Two men make statements in the assembly (puḫru) about an adult cow marked with the star symbol. The cow had been brought (abāku) from the plow of Zēria/Nanāya-ēreš//Kidin-Marduk (Z), where it was under the management (ina qātē) of Nanāya-iddin/Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya (NI), plowman (ikkaru) of Z, and it was put (izzuzu Š) in front of the assembly of Babylonians and Urukeans, including Šulāya/Ṭābia//Ḫunzû, Governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk, Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.
NI, says that he received the cow from Z for tilling (erēšu) the arable land. Innin-līpi-uṣur/Ardia, herdsman (nāqidu) of the Lady of Uruk, states that Z had taken the cow lawlessly (ina šigilti) in Cyr. 02 m.III from the cattle of the Lady of Uruk that is at his disposal (ina pāni).
