The document accounts for barley intended for (ana) the preparation of the regular offerings (sattukku) (no verb) and states that its disbursement is complete (uṭṭātu qatû/gamru, wr. še.bar til). After the date (of recording/disbursement?), 24th of Šabāṭ (XI) in the 3rd regnal year of Darius, follow the details:

20 measures (mašīhu) of barley to (ina) prepare the regular offerings (sattukku) of Šabāṭ (XI) to A. This is apart from (elat) the previous(ly issued barley), the barley of (ša) B for (ša) the royal commissioner (qīpu) and the barley from/with (ina qātē) C1 and* C2.
The document also accounts for … 2 shekels of silver in addition to (adi) 2 kor (360 liter) of emmer (kunāšu) (that) were given (nadānu, wr. sum) to D.
And: 0;1.4 kor (60 liter) of dates in partial payment of (ina) the food rations (kurummatu) of the workmen working for (ṣābu ša qātē) E1, the …-man and? E2.
