The document lists expenditures of silver and disbursements of agricultural produce for expenses related to the temple's obligation to fit out a soldier (rikis qabli) on behalf of the Crown and for the regular offerings (sattukku):
10 shekels of silver for* the service obligation (rikis qabli) of the 3rd year and 4 shekels of oil, 0;1.1 kor (42 liter) of cress (sahlû), 0;0.1 kor (6 liter) … (broken raw material),
10 kor (1800 liter) of barley and 10 kor (1800 liter) of dates for* the rikis qabli of the 4th year (were given) to (ana) A, a carpenter (naggāru).

1/3 shekels of silver for* the rikis qabli to (ana) B: ┌paq┐-[du](?) "in deposit" (partly uncl.).
5 shekels of silver for/in partial payment of (ina) rikis qabli were given (nadānu, wr. sum.na) to* C.
10 shekels of silver, as (ša) allotment (maššartu) for the month Nisan (I) of the 4th year, were given (nadānu, wr. sum.na) to (ana) D. The silver is for (ina) the regular offerings belonging to a brewer’s prebend (sattuk sirāšūtu).
Note that the document was written in Nisan (I) of Darius' 4th regnal year, and accordingly relates to service obligation of the past and current year, and to offerings of the current year.
