Nabû-šumu-iškun/Širiktu//Naggāru (NŠI) owes 2 minas 50 shekels of silver to Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu.
The principle amount (qaqqadu) is payable in m.IV. Ša-Ištar-uddu/[...]laˀ-ilī and Eanna-ibni/[…]laˀ-ilī, sons of a leatherworker (and slaves of NŠI), together with his house, which is inhabited by his mother, (f)[...]/Šarēdu (lit.: ŠU-˹x˺-TI/Šarēdu), are pledged as security.
Two sides of the plot measure 20 and 50 cubits. It is adjacent to a wide street, a thoroughfare of the gods and the king, and to the plot that is/was a part of the same property ((eqlu) libbi eqli).
No other creditor shall dispose of the house and the slaves. The pledged house covers 1 mina 50 shekels of the outstanding silver, while the pledged slaves cover 1 mina of it. If NŠI does not pay back in time, the pledges will belong to the creditor.
4 witnesses.
