Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-zēru-ušabši to Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin (High Priest, šatammu), “his lord”, about the extent of the work assigned to them and the number of workers available. The sender complains that Nadnāya did not bring the silver for hired workers, leading the sender to pay three wooden […] and stating that he wants to give the remainder (rēḫu) of silver to the recipient. After a broken section, the sender informs the recipient that 90 workers have left the site and that all the work of Nabû-ēṭir is done by hired workers. Because of this shortage in manpower, the sender emphatically requests that Nabû-bān-aḫi (/Aḫu-lūmur) be sent to him (with men).
