Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin (/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn, High Priest, šatammu) to Nabû-bān-aḫi (/Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir, scribe, ṭupšarru), “his brother”, reminding him twice not to be negligent (lā šelû), about his work (dullu) and barley and ordering him to launch (sakāpu) and send two boats filled with tumbu-wood (tumbu) to Babylon.
