Paraphrase

Letter or Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident, qīpu) to Mušēzib-Bēl (/Nabû-zēru-iddin//Erībšu, blacksmith, oblate?, širku?) and Ibni-Ištar (/Bēl-upaḫḫir//Nagāru, blacksmith), “his brothers”, mentioning a previous talk, iron and the work (dullu) of the temple in broken context. The sender requests silver for iron qappatu-tools. He knows that Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin (/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn, High Priest, šatammu) is going to Uruk, and complains about him and the Temple Scribe (ṭupšar bīti) leaving their posts. The sender quotes a request the recipients had made, that travel provisions (ṣidītu) for the workers to go to Uruk are lacking, as is silver for the slaves (lamutānu), and states that he withheld this from them.
