Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti (deputy governor of the Sealand, šanû) to Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin (/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn, High Priest, šatammu), “his brother”, informing him that Šumu-ukīn/Mūrānu is assigned to him and telling the recipient to send him 10 waterskins (gūdu).
