Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti (deputy governor of the Sealand, šanû) (NEN) to Nādinu (= Nabû-nādin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu), “his brother”, reminding him not to be negligent (lā šelû) about providing a high-quality sheep for the royal ḫarû-offering (ḫarû), which the king will perform from the 15th to the 16th day. The sender states that he has already given the recipient sheep, and that he will compensate him for the sacrificial sheep once he comes back (possibly from Babylon). In the meantime, the recipient will obtain a document (šatāru) about this, which he should send to NEN.
