Letter of the Governor of the Sealand (šākin māti) to Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu), “his brother”, confirming that he got his message and ordering him to make a high-quality and beautiful leather-šipānu, a šir’am-coat (šir’am) and a leather-tartatu, to wash the items and to have them quickly (ḫanṭiš) delivered to him.
