Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-zāqip to Amurru-udammiq (Royal Resident, qīpu), Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) and Marduk-ēṭir (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, Temple Scribe, ṭupšar bīti), “his brothers”, emphatically demanding substitutes (ḫalpu) to accomplish his hard work, ideally strong men who should arrive on the 28th and reprimanding them not to be negligent about this (lā šelû), and reminds them that the plows of the Eanna that the men are supposed to work were paid by the king.
