Paraphrase

Letter of Nanaya-ēreš, self-designating as the recipient’s “servant” (ardu), to Marduk-ēṭir, “his lord”, confirming that he sent Bēl-aḫu-iddin (BAI) to the recipient, as requested in a previous message, but then he received another message about sending Innin-zēru-ibni/Eanna-līpi-uṣur (IZI) as BAI’s replacement. The sender expresses his willingness to comply, but cautions that if the recipient cannot wait for IZI before leaving, then he will not send him.
