Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-nādin-šumi (/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) to Mušēzib-Bēl (possibly /Nabû-zēru-iddin, blacksmith and oblate?, širku), “his brother”, telling him not to take additional tolls from the freemen (mār banî) and informing him about a failed delivery of firewood (ḫuṣābu) to his temple/establishment (ana bītika) because of a closed gate. He now tells the recipient to either take care of the delivery personally or to contact the temple/establishment (bītu) about it, promising to give him better firewood (ḫuṣābu).
