Nabû-ušallim/Bēl-iddin(//Šamšēa) owes 1 mina 38 shekels of silver to […]/Mukīn-zēri.
The interest is set at 8 shekels of silver per mina, starting from the beginning of the next year.
The house [...], all of it, (or: all of his [...] houses) is (or: are) pledged as security (maškanu). No other creditor shall dispose of it until [...] has been paid back his silver.
