Paraphrase

Allocation (zu’’uztu) of arable land in the steppe, in the (tp)Bīt-bārî irrigation district, between the clods (akkullātu) at the house of Zēr-Bābili/Šarēdu and the estate (šīḫu) of Ištar in the (tp)Bīt-bārî irrigation district. The beneficiaries are the chiefs of fifty (rab ḫanšê) who did not seize (land) in the (tp)Irrigation District of the Overseers (tamertu ša šāpirē), between the (tp)New Canal (nāru eššetu) and the estate of Ištar in (tp)Duḫamu.

2 royal governors (bēl pīḫāt šarri), Nabû-udammiq/Zēr-Bābili and Nabû-tabni-uṣur/Nabû-zēru-ibni (NTU), receive plots whose short sides (pūtu) are 300 cubits long.

Marduk-erība/Rāši-ili (ME) receives a plot whose short side is 250 cubits long.

12 individuals receive plots whose short sides are 200 cubits long: Aplāya/Damqia (A), Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin/Aḫḫēšu, Šamaš-iddin/Šumāya, Bānītušu/Erība, Šumāya/Nabû-ēreš (or: Šulāya/Nabû-ēreš), Balāssu/Kīnāya, Marduk-šāpik-zēri/Bēl-uballiṭ, Šumāya/Nabû-zēru-ibni, Ea-nāṣir/Nergal-nāṣir, Rēmūtu/Balāssu, Mušēzib-Marduk/Nādinu, Gimillu/Nabû-ušallim. 11 of them and NTU additionally receive plots of fallow land (nabalkattu) whose short sides are 100 cubits long. Exceptionally, A receives a plot whose short side is 150 cubits long, as does ME, in compensation for (kūm) the (low quality) kaslu-land.

The temple (bīt ili) receives a plot whose short side is 300 cubits long.

Another heading introduces junior (tardennu) chiefs of fifty who seized (the land) stretching all the way from the (tp)New Canal to the major road (ḫarrānu rabītu) in (tp)Ālu-ša-Bēltia. 13,000 (cubits) of land (was allocated). Their names were not put down; the text is unfinished.

Nabû-udammiq/Zēr-Bābili is the future governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk.
