Paraphrase

Delivery of 11+;0 cereal kurangu (še.kur-ia-an-ga), paid (nadānu) as the principal amount (qaqqadu) of the impost (imittu) of water drawers or Aramaic scribes (dālû or sēpiru, both spelled lú.a.bal) from the ‘thousand cubit’ field complex (līmu) in […]-ša-Lâbâši, property of Eanna. It is delivered by Rām-Addu and Nu’id-ilī from (tp)Ruṣapu, Mušēzib-Bēl/Šākin-šumi, and Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin//Šangû-Šamaš.

According to AHw and eBL, kurangu (kuraggu, kuriangu, kuriāgu) is “rice”. Cf. CAD K (“a cereal”) and Michael Jursa in AfO 46/47 (1999/2000), 294.
