Paraphrase

5 dušû-leathers, property of the Lady-of-Uruk and Nanāya from the dušû-leather for which Mušēzib-Bēl/Šamaš-udammiq//Eppēš-ilī assumes guarantee on behalf of Ištar-zēru-iddin/Zērūtu to the Eanna. 

Nergal-šumu-iddin … and Innin-šumu-iškun (IŠI) owe these dušû-leathers and they will deliver them in m. XII. It is apart from the rest owed by IŠI. 

In the presence of Rēmanni, Royal Overseer (rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.

Notes

Innin-zēru-iddin is maybe the son of the leatherworker appearing in YOS 24, 261 and the brother of Nabû-mukīn-apli, the individual mentioned in YOS 24 267.
