Paraphrase

On the day a witness (mukinnu) or an informer (bātiqu) testifies (kânu D) to Nabû-aplu-iddin/Nabû-mukīn-apli (NAI) and Ibni-ilūa/Sîn-aḫu-iddin (II) that additionally gold was received (maḫāru) by Anu-aḫu-iddin/Mušēzib, Nanāya-iddin/Gimillu, Nabû-nādin-šumi/Nergal-šumu-ibni, Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi, Innin-zēru-iqīša/Nabû-udammiq, Arrabu, the slave (qallu) of Nabû-bān-aḫi, Šadûnu/Šulāya, Dūr-apli, the slave (qallu) of Balāssu, and Ardia/Lā-qīpu, together with the debt notes (uʼiltu) about the gold, which was handed over to Zēria, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and the scribes of Eanna. 

If the witnesses prove to NAI and II that any other debt note exists, then they will pay it (the gold) thirtyfold. 

They will stand surety for one another. 

In the presence of Zēria/Ibnāya//Egibi, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna.
