Paraphrase

Letter of Balāssu and Nidinti-Šamaš (/Šamaš-mūkin-apli//Šangû-Šamaš, scribe, ṭupšarru) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), requesting wine for the regular offering and the occasional offering. They also request 5 ducks, all to be delivered via Šamaš-mukīn-apli (T: AD).
