Paraphrase

Letter of Nādin-aḫi (Royal Supervisor of the Ebabbar of Larsa, qīpu) to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), “his brothers”, requesting syrup (dišpu) and ghee (ḫimētu) as well as raisins and leather items for a procession of Šamaš. He also requests a small amount of good oil for anointing a canopy (giš.šamû).
