Paraphrase

Letter of Nergal-īpuš (Governor, bēl pīḫāti, of an unknown district) to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), “his brother”, requesting information on his silver payments and debts in the Eanna and asking about silver of m.I, in particular what went wrong.
