Paraphrase

Letter of Nergal-īpuš (Governor, bēl pīḫāti, of an unknown district) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-Iqīša//Egibi), Kīnaya (= Ištar-mukīn-apli/Zēria) and Balāṭu (/Sîn-ibni//Rēˀi-alpi) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), “his brothers”, answering a message by the recipients about 1 mina of silver for fish belonging to Eanna, stating that he sent them 52 shekels via Nabû-uballiṭ (NU) and that NU already has the remaining 8 shekels from an earlier transaction at his disposal.
