Paraphrase

Letter of Nergal-īpuš (Governor, bēl pīḫāti, of an unknown district) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-Iqīša//Egibi) and Balāṭu (/Sîn-ibni//Rēˀi-alpi) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), “his brothers”, telling them to perform this duties in Uruk and in case they go to (tp)Larsa, they should take 20 minas of silver and silver goblets (kāsu) with them.
