Letter of Eanna-šumu-ibni (possibly /Aḫḫēšāya) (EŠI) to Gimillu (/Innin-šumu-ibni, oblate, širku) (G), “his brother”, stating that the sender is angry at the recipient and looking for him. In broken context, a field which is the sender’s obligation is mentioned. After the break, EŠI tells G not to give a sheep as a greeting gift (nāmurtu) to Nabû-šarru-uṣur who was taken away by the Temple Scribe (ṭupšar bīti). In closing, he tells G to pray to the gods on his behalf.
