Paraphrase

Letter of Arad-Innin (AI) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi), Kīnaya (= Ištar-mukīn-apli//Zēriya), Balāṭu (/Sîn-ibni//Rēˀi-alpi) and Mūrānu (/Nabû-bāni-aḫi//Ekur-zākir) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his fathers", listing arrows and spearheads (sagaranu) which he bought for the silver the recipients had delivered to him, 2100 Akkadian arrows for half a mina of silver at a price ratio of 70 (arrows) per one shekel, with 1000 still outstanding. 1100 Cimmerian arrows at a price ratio of 100 (arrows) per shekel, 100 spearheads (sagaranu) for 12 shekels of silver at a ratio of eight for one shekel minus five še. The senders can get back 12 shekels of silver in Babylon. The delivery was paid for by the sender with silver from the treasury at his disposal. He goes on to mention the work assignment (iškāru) of a house that was closed (or established - [i]s-[s]a-an-gar/GAR) and mentions likely [silver] in broken context that he will definitely deliver quickly (kapdu), without any delay. 7 shekels of silver will be delivered [to x]. In closing, he asks for his fathers’ orders and well-being and states that the military goods were delivered to them in the kusītu-ship via Eanna-līpī-uṣur and Rēmūt.
