Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-šumu-ibni (/Nabû-bēlšunu) to Nādinu (/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi), Kīnaya (= Ištar-mukīn-apli//Zēriya), Mūrānu (Nabû-bāni-aḫi//Ekur-zākir) and Balāṭu (/Sîn-ibni//Rēˀi-alpi) (temple scribes, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), "his fathers", about something (text broken) being taken from the karammu-silo, which the sender had been guarding (maṣṣartu) successfully for a long time, by Nanaya-īpuš. He complains that his work is hard (dullu ittiya danānu) and requests a replacement for someone working with him. In case the sender cannot come to the recipients, they should send Arrabu/Arad-Bēl to deliver wool to him or they should send it via a traveler. In closing, he requests the recipients’ orders and news about their well-being.
