Šamaš-zēru-ibni/Nanāya-iddin rents (ana idi nadānu) his house to Anu-zēru-ušabši/Šadūnu//Rē'i-alpi for 1/3 mina of silver per year. The house is next to the plots of Rēmūtu/Nabû-šumu-līšir//Kurī, and Innin-zēru-ibni/Nabû-[...]. It(?) is a royal plot (ša makkūr šarri). Standard clauses about repair and maintenance works follow.
In the presence of Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibi, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), 3 witnesses, and the scribe Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.
