Paraphrase

x+5 talents of wool and 7 ½ shekels of silver, the purchase price of 7 šallanu-garments (muṣiptu ša šallanu) were received (maḫāru) by Ardu-eššu, estate manager (rab bīti) of Nabû-erība, the chief of the boatmen (rab malāḫi), via (ina qāt) Mušallim-Marduk/Marduk-zēru-ibni//Šangû-Adad and Aḫulapia/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Bēl-aplu-uṣur, the messengers of Marduk-bēlšunu, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna.

3 witnesses are listed, including Amīl-Nanaya, the messenger of the Royal Resident (qīpu). The scribe is Ea-uballiṭ/Bēl-ēreš//Šangû-Bēlet-Bābili, in Babylon.

Note: On muṣiptu ša šallanu: although not attested elsewhere, due to its high price it was probably a high-quality garment, see Kleber 2008, p. 244, and Quillien 2022, p. 140.
