Paraphrase

Gimillu/Ṣillāya and Gimillu/Balāssu will levy (dekû) 30 bowmen (ṣābē qašti). They will bring them (on) VI.26 in (tp)Upiya to the man of the big fortress (kummu). If they don’t bring (them), and they don’t come to the aid (ayyalu) of Bēl and the king, (then…) (the punishment clause is not written out in full).

5 witnesses are listed. The scribe is Innin-zēru-ušabši/Balāssu, in (tp)Bīt-Ḫaḫḫūru.

Note 1: Concerning the translation of é.nun = kummu as “fortress” (“Burg, Festung”), see Kleber (2008, p. 215).

Note 2: The text was assigned to the Eanna archive by Kleber (2008, p. 216) based on the prosopography of the witnesses.
