Paraphrase

200;0 of barley were sent (šu-bul, coll. M. Jursa, missing in copy) via (ina qāt) Gimillu/Zēria, scribe (responsible for) the work of (tp)Raqqat-Šamaš, to (broken PN) for the allowances (kurummatu) of the oblates (širku).

21;0 of barley (…) the allowances of (…) of 20 oblates that (do) the work in Raqqat-Šamaš.

3 nēsepu-containers of oil, 0;1 of (salt), 0;1.0.4 of cress (…).

250;0 of barley of the debt note (u’iltu) owed by (ina muḫḫi) Zēria and Ṣillāya the (…) he (or maybe they) will give (nadānu) to Ištar-ālik-pāni.

Note 1: Ištar-ālik-pāni is the chief of oblates (rab širki) responsible for the construction work in Raqqat-Šamaš (see Kleber 2008, p. 171).

Note 2: The name of the king is not recorded on the tablet. Because of the high year number it must be Nebuchadnezzar.
