Paraphrase

14 talents of wool of excellent shearing, belonging to Nabû-mušētiq-uddî/Bēl-upaḫḫir//Šalala and Nabû-mukīn-zēri/(…)-aḫu-ušabši//Rē’i-sisê, are owed by (ina muḫḫi) Ninurta-šarru-uṣur, Royal Resident (qīpu) of Eanna, and Nabû-bān-aḫi/Aḫu-lūmur, chief of oblates (rab širki). In m.II, they will deliver (nadānu) the wool of the sheep (ṣēnu) (in the granary?) that is on the mouth of the (tp)Nuska-amranni-Canal (nāru-ša-Nuska-amranni) in Sippar. One will guarantee for the other.

The silver for the digging (ḫerû) of the (tp)Nebuchadnezzar-Canal (nāru-ša-Nabû-kudurrī-uṣur) towards (ana tarṣu) the city (tp)Dannāna has been issued (nadānu).

3 witnesses are listed, including Kurbanni-Marduk/Innin-aḫḫē-iddin, the High Priest (šatammu) of é.eš.ga. The scribe is Gimillu/Zēria, on the (tp)Nebuchadnezzar-Canal.

Note: The otherwise unknown é.eš.ga may be the ceremonial name of a smaller sanctuary in Uruk, according to Kleber (2008, p. 141).
