Paraphrase

An itemized list of expenses of a total of 14 talents 43 minas of wool, coming from the house of Širiktu, that arose (elû) in the course of the harvest (expenses) (tēlittu), as follows:

5 ½ talents 3 minas of wool: Nergal-uballiṭ, Chief of Seals (rab unqāti). 

2 ½ talents: Zēria.

40 minas: Arad-Nabû.

4 talents to the Babylonians that (are in possession of) a debt note (u’iltu) owed by (ina muḫḫi) the Royal Resident (qīpu). 

1 talent: Kīnāya/Rāšil. 

1 talent: Mannu-akī-Nabû, concerning the ziggurat.
