Paraphrase

An outstanding debt to the king is paid by the Eanna temple administrators. 

500;0 of barley, property of the king, from the fixed rent (sūtu) of Ḫātinu/Aḫu-nūri (Ḫ), over which on m.I of Nbn.16 a debt note (u’iltu) had been issued to Kurbanni-Marduk, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna and Ilī-rēmanni, Royal Overseer of Eanna (bēl piqitti) by Nādinu and Kināya, the scribes of Eanna, was received (maḫāru) by Ḫ from Eanna from Nabû-mukīn-zēri/[Nādin]//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer of Eanna (bēl piqitti). 

3 witnesses are listed. The scribe is Lūṣi-ana-nūri/Iqīša-Marduk//Ḫunzû, in Babylon.
