Paraphrase

Adad-uballiṭ (Au) and Lūdinnu (L) had put Nabû-šumu-uṣur/Silim-Bēl (Nšu), temple plowman (ikkaru), into prison, but were worried for him (nakādu). Naˀid-Ištar/Arad-Innin, Šulāya/Sîn-nādin-šumi and Innin-aḫḫē-iddin/Innin-šumu-uṣur assume responsibility (pūt našû) for Nšu towards Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibi, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti). They shall deliver Nšu to Au and L, when they ask for it.

3 witnesses, and the scribe Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin.
