Ibni-Ištar/Amīl-Nanāya drew (nasāḫu) his iron dagger against Ilu-rēmanni, Royal Resident of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti Eanna), in the great gate of Eanna, in front of an assembly (puḫru). They bound and sealed the dagger.
Witnessed by Silim-ilī, the Keeper of the Royal Box in Eanna (ša rēš šarri ša muḫḫi quppi Eanna), 7 witnesses, and the scribe Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin
