Paraphrase

Letter of Innin-zēru-šubši, Nanaya-ēreš and Balāṭu to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "their lords", about a delivery of 1;0 flour they obtained from the recipients via Nabû-rēˀûšunu and Anu-bēl-uṣur. When they measured it in the presence of the men who had delivered it, 0;2[+x] were missing. In closing, the senders inform the recipients that they will be released (from duty) on the 10th.
