Rēmūtu and Itti-Marduk-balāṭu have delivered (maḫāru) 3 minas and 57 3/8 shekels of gold (in the form of) 51 golden pomegranates (nurmû), including 44 gold [...] and 4 gold pomegranates belonging to a gold breastplate. This delivery includes 3 minas of bronze and (1?) mina of haematite (šadânu).
The reverse of the tablet shows the sketch of a piece of jewelery, shaped like a necklace (or breastplate?). The date is written in archaizing script.
For the goldsmiths and brothers Rēmūtu/Bēl-aḫu-iddin (also prebend owner) and Itti-Marduk-balāṭu/Bēl-aḫu-iddin see Payne 2007: 242, 251.
