Paraphrase

Rēmūtu/Bēl-aḫu-iddin has delivered (maḫāru) 170 shekels of gold (in the form of) 160 gold rosettes (ayyaru), 160 lung-shaped ornaments (ḫašû), 20 gold šīṣû-ornaments (šīṣu), 20 gold egg-shaped beads (erimmatu), 40 sanḫu-pendants, and 16(?) sūtu-containers of gold for Nanāyaʼs gold rosette with opening(?) (ká bābu) (or: sūtu-containers of gold with rosettes, a (vessel-)opening, belonging to Nanāya).
