Paraphrase

2 minas of silver were received (maḫāru) from Bazuzu/Šamaš-uballiṭ and Esagilāya/Balāṭu (written dingir-gil-la-a-a), a partial payment of the purchase price of 3 5/6 minas of silver for a fine horse (sisû ruḫḫu) from the horses that were brought (abāku) by Šumu-ukīn/Bēl-zēri. The rest (rēḫu) of 1 5/6 minas of silver is at their disposal (ina pāni). They (text: he) will repay (nadānu) it in m.IX (of Nbn.08).
