Paraphrase

Adad-šēzib/Sāmiku (AŠ) has delivered (maḫāru) 20 sheep and goats (18 marked male parru-lambs, 2 male kids), belonging to Eanna from his fold, and 15 of his own male sheep. The latter were bought by Balāṭu/Bēl-ušallim//Rēʼi-ginê for ½ mina of silver by commission (našpartu) of Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu), and Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša, Temple Scribe (ṭupšar Eanna).
