Paraphrase

Bēl-ušallim/Nabû-šarru-uṣur (BU) has brought (abāku) (f)Šamê-bēlet/Bēl-īpuš (= (f)Ina-šamê-bēlet/Bēl-īpuš) (and) her children Nanāya-uṣalli (NU) and (f)Rīšāya to Eanna as (new) oblates, because NU has stolen (sartu) goats belonging to Eanna, which were at BUʼs disposal. No one can dispose of them (šalāṭu). They are oblates of Ištar and Nanāya.

Written in the presence of Amurru-udammiq, Royal Resident (qīpu), Marduk-šākin-šumi, High Priest (šatammu).

6 witnesses, including Balāssu/Nabû-zēru-ibni, chief of flocks (rab būli).

Scribe: Nabû-nādin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun/Dābibī (future High Priest).

BU is otherwise attested in context with cattle farming; cf. AUWE 5, 42; UCP 9/1, 7; YOS 17, 50. For Balāssu/Nabû-zēru-ibni cf. Aarslev 2023: 282.
