Paraphrase

Širiktu/Bēl-šumu-iškun has given to Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ/Marduk-zēru-ibni//Aḫu-bani (NAB):

1.) […]+24 shekels of silver, property of Eanna, the rest (rēḫit) of 3 minas 50 shekels (or: 3 minas 30 1/3 shekels) of silver;

2.) a silver cup (kāsu);

3.) an interests (ḫubullu).

This is (now) due from NAB. Payable (eṭēru) in full (gamāru) to the Lady of Uruk by the end of m.VIII. This is apart from the other obligations of NAB, namely barley and a verdict concerning a field of the Lady of Uruk.
