Nabû-aḫḫē-erība/Nabû-šumu-ibni//[…] owes 1 mina 30 shekels of silver to (f)Ramûa/Kunāya ((f)R), the wife of Nergal-uballiṭ/Ēṭiru.
His lower(-lying) field (šaplītu) is pledged as security (maškanu). No other creditor (rāšû) shall dispose (šalāṭu) of it until (f)R has been paid back (šalāmu) her silver. (f)R shall have usufruct (akālu) of the field until she has been paid (eṭēru N).
