Silim-Bēl/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu (SB) and Ištar-šumu-ēreš/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim//Rīm-Anu (IŠE) purchase unbuilt land (bīt kišubbî) from Multēšeru/Marduk-šumu-uṣur (M) and Bēl-iddin/Mūšezib-Bēl//Arad-Kutimmu (BI).
The plot measures 55 x 55 cubits. It is adjacent to the properties of […], Nādinu, Bēl-aḫḫē-erība/Balāssu and the plot that was part of the same property (libbi eqli).
30 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as a purchase price. It is received with a supplementary payment (atru) of 1 shekel, either included or added to the total (adi). M and BI reliquish any future claims on behalf of their households.
SB and IŠE will allow M and BI to use the right-of-way (mūṣû). Otherwise, they will give M and BI a track of land of equivalent size (qaqqar mala qaqqar).
