Paraphrase

Letter of judges to Kināya (= Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī), High Priest of Eanna (šatammu), and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "their brothers", summoning Innin-šumu-iddin, Šamaš-ibni and Iqīšāya because the latter had designated them as his adversaries in court (bēl dīni), in order to hear and decide their court case.
